The Aspide Supercomfort Dynamic Open Saddle is a supercomfort saddle with extra gel and narrow wide opening, really comfortable but really light for high end performances to discerning riders. It provides a perfect balance between support zone and relief zone.

Technologies:
New Ergonomy: Perfect balance between support zone and relief zone. The “big hole” helps maintain comfort under pressure and offers day long support and comfort: the central relief zone is long enough to work in all riding positions but a structural stability bridge prevents unwanted flex and twist.

C.F.R.P. – Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic – a very strong, flexible and light material mix, according to the needs of the saddle, that ensures its shape.

BIO-Foam – A challenge: managing to obtain better comfort in the saddles with gel inserts, lower weight and lasting greater resistance. BioFoam padding is the San Marco solution. The Biodynamic structure that follows the movements of the pelvis during pedaling, guarantees comfort, reduced weight, lasting resistance and ideal support. The “closed cells” surface assures the water repellency of the padding.

Manganese – This alloy increases the strength of the rails by improving its resistance to wear caused by shocks.

The Aspide Supercomfort is a new version of one of the most iconic recent additions to the Selle San Marco range. The hole has been reshaped to make it bigger and increase the relief zone for perineum pressure. The level of variable density padding has been increased too and the Racing versions feature the gel layer and the openwork processing technique to the cover. To satisfy the needs of different somatotypes (Human physique), both models are available in Narrow and Wide versions, to ensure a perfect fit and maximize comfort.

Xsilite Rail
It is a material with a high percentage of silicon with particles of titanium and carbon. Light and strong, it turns out to be resistant to all weather conditions. The process through the stealth technology ensures a better strength against fatigue stress. All the Racing
saddles feature this rail.
