Return & Refund Policy

At USJ CYCLES, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
Not all products are eligible for return. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a return request.

  • Clearance, Offer, and Sale Items: These items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including cases of incorrect sizing or color selection.
  • Returns are accepted for both online and in-store purchases, subject to approval. 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Approval Email marketing@usjcycles.com within 7 days from the shipped date to request a return. Wait for our confirmation email before proceeding with the return.
  2. Return Condition The product must be in original, unused, unassembled, and unopened packaging. Include proof of purchase (receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history).
  3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any risk of damage or loss during transit. We strongly recommend using an insured courier service (e.g., PosLaju, Citylink, FedEx, DHL) for protection. The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation. 

Return Handling Fees

  • If the return is not due to a defect or USJ CYCLES’ error, the actual shipping cost (including purchases with free shipping) may be deducted from the refund.
  • If a product is defective or incorrect (due to our error) within 7 days of receipt, we will cover the return shipping cost. Compensation will be provided in the form of store credit or vouchers.
  • Warranty Claims If a defect is found within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us immediately for a resolution. For warranty claims beyond 7 days, customers must ship the product to USJ CYCLES at their own cost. Note: Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund

Once we receive your return item, a refund is initiated within 3 business days. We refund full amount due to out of stock item which unable to be delivered within 14 days. The way you refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit card (visa, master), refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item due to process of request refund to payment gateway.

If you paid the purchase by Bank Transfer / Debit card (FPX), refunds will be refund via money bank transfer to your local bank account within 3 business days.

Products purchased from USJ CYCLES online using voucher/gift card will be refunded to you as voucher/gift card by email within 3 business days.
